ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs an office representative, you will be responsible for bringing on new customers through needs based sales conversations, and helping customers save money and get the right coverage. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed and close business.
- Help uncover and educate customers about their insurance needs, and provide solutions to help them
- Calling, setting appointments, meeting with customers, develop relationships, marketing, and networking
- create memorable experiences with our great customers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in sales preferred
- Experience managing client relationships is preferred
- Ability to work with goals and achieve them
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Competitive
- Able to anticipate customer needs
- Able to effectively relate to a customer
- Must have or be able to obtain Property and Casualty insurance license
- Must have or be able to obtain Life and Health insurance license
