ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a customer service team member you will be responsible for helping customers, answering phones, setting appointments, explaining billing, resolving issues, helping with claims, answering questions, calling back voicemails, and creating an experience that customers enjoy by taking great care of them. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
  • create memorable experiences with our great customers
  • Experience in customer service preferred
  • Experience managing client relationships is preferred
  • Ability to mulitake and be detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Dedicated to customer service and communication
  • Able to anticipate customer needs
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer
  • Must have or be able to obtain Property and Casualty insurance license
  • Must have or be able to obtain Life and Health insurance license

Compensation $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
