"We had a very poor experience after being loyal state farm customers for over a decade. We had every type of insurance that you can imagine. Sadly, the company is not what it once was in terms of customer service, support, and reason. The adjuster, Lakeisha, was incredibly rude at times and the agent, David, did little to nothing to help. I encourage everyone to search "State Farm Roof Claims" to see what people all over the country are saying about this company. Make sure that you're informed about the companys and people that you spend thousands with."

"I spoke with Hannah on yesterday 11/21/24 about a renters insurance policy. It was a little late in the afternoon. She was on it lol. Not only did she have the policy ready early this morning,she emailed my apartment manager a copy for me. Great job!"

"I am a traveling contractor, and David Perkins was referred to me by my daughter in law who grew up in the area. Alex was the first one to take my call. But he has moved on and Christie Holby has taken over my a account and done a fantastic job. Just over the weekend i have a storage unit insurance that is due. Not even sure what they need. i forwarded to email to her and she is taking care of all of it. Now that is customer service. Not a voice mail with a 1-800 number. Thanks Christie."

"Hey! I just wanted to share my phenomenal experience with the amazing Hannah Overton herself! With my awful experience as a 24/25 year old, Hannah was more than exceptional in the depth of concern she shared for me concerning the lack of information I was given for insurance coverage. It was absolutely refreshing to speak with someone only slightly older than me, that genuinely aged about my lack of knowledge I was provided before our conversations to get me and my sister the proper and most beneficial coverage. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient explaining what I NEEDED to know. "They’re an insurance company 🤷🏾♀️. Terrible communication. Heartless responses. Doesn’t matter if the mistake is theirs or not…they are an insurance company. Not “family”. Not “friends”. The bottom line is all that matters to them. A means to an end and nothing more. Edit: The fact that you saw fit to post private information about my account (which was still wrong by the way) just proves the level of professionalism and tact within the team. Maybe invest in some accountants and better trained staff. Ive since moved on from State Farm (Progressive) as a whole and am not only getting rates that are HALF of what you were charging, but better customer service and professionalism. Be blessed."
